1 / Acceptance of Terms

By completing the sign-up form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Maintaining enrolment with Basecamp Education Australia requires adherence to the terms and conditions listed below.

2 / Scheduling and no-shows

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. The full lesson fee will apply in the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. Failure to notify of the student's absence is considered a no-show, and will incur the full lesson fee.

Reschedules and makeup lessons are subject to availability. In the event of exceptional circumstances (such as illness), a maximum of two reschedules per term will be accommodated for absences of under 24 hours notice.

3 / Payments & Fees

All payments are to be made in advance, according to the billing period selected (Per four lessons or per term). Lesson fees are not refundable, but we will do our best to accommodate pauses to lessons (Holidays, camps, etc.).

4 / Late Arrivals

Lesson schedules are not flexible, and extended times cannot be offered to account for late arrivals. Please ensure students are dropped off and picked up on time

5 / Child Safety & Privacy Policy

Basecamp Education is committed to child safety. All tutors have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and receive training in working safely with children.

All data collected will solely be used for scheduling, lesson planning, payment, and communication purposes. All data will remain private and not be shared with any third parties.

6 / Amendments to Terms

Basecamp Education Australia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed. All amendments will be communicated with parents and guardians transparently before becoming applicable.
